EO 138-02 President's Advisory Board Rework

Whereas the Chief of Staff possessing an advisory board delegates tasks where there is no need for it.

1. EO 137-09 is to be repealed in its entirety.
2. EO 136-04 is to be repealed in its entirety.
3. The president may appoint advisors at their sole discretion.
4. Advisors will be paid on a weekly basis, where the sum will be in accordance with the latest agreement between the advisor and the president at or before the time of appointing.
   1. The functions of the advisors will be to advise the president on any given issue/topic.
5. Advisors will not posses any executive or legislative ability (such as ordering department employees).
6. The number of advisors will range from zero (0) to half the number of senate seats.
   1. If half the number of senate seats results in a fraction or decimal, the number of advisors is to be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
