MC EO 004-05 Tau's Retirement Plan

WHEREAS I want to have a retirement plan now that I am leaving the office of the governor.

WHEREAS I doubt I can get the SimDemocracy government to agree to pay for a pension plan.

WHEREAS I want to be a Sorceress.

§1. Minecraft user BTernaryTau shall be given the role of Sorceress on the Minecraft server.

§2. BTernaryTau shall be free to use the associated powers as she sees fit, with the restriction that she may not use them to perform actions in the following categories:

§2.1. Actions that hinder SimDemocracy government operations or Minecraft government operations

§2.2. Actions that break any laws

§2.3. Actions that violate any executive orders

§2.4. Actions that violate any court decisions

§2.5. Actions that are overall detrimental to the server or its playerbase
