Preamble
- Whereas
- the current definition for pro tempore causes confusion and impedes Senate business,
THE SENATE OF SIMDEMOCRACY PROCLAIMS
Article 1 - Constitutional Amendment
§1. The definition of Speaker Pro Tempore in §4. Of the Article 2: Speaker of the Senate of the Constitution shall be amended to:
“§4. The inaugural session of the Senate shall be presided over by the Speaker Pro Tempore, who shall be the first elected senator for that term.”
