Preamble

Whereas The Touch Grass Act has been used by many people;

And Whereas It is necessary to expand upon its provisions to ensure its usefulness;

The Senate of SimDemocracy Proclaims:

Crackhouse Act 2025

An Act to amend the Touch Grass Act to increase the length of bans; increase the minimum required time; and for other purposes.

Section 1: Amendments

§1. The Touch Grass Act is amended by –

§1.1. Replacing the text “two (2) months” in Article 2 §1. with “four (4) months”.

§1.2. Replacing the text “one-quarter (¼)” in Article 2 §1.2. with “half”

§1.3. Creating new sections in Article 2, as follows:

“§5. When legal proceedings are brought against any person, the Judge shall first inquire into whether an Self Exclusion Order is in effect on the person, and if so, postpone the proceedings as may be necessary under this Act.”

§1.4. Deleting Art. 2 §2.1.
