Secretary of Expansion Standing Executive Order Quad 03 "Internal Structure of the DoEx"

Issued by Quad on July the 29th, 2025

1. This is an executive order issued by me, the Acting Secretary of Expansion, as per §3 of seventh Article of the Constitution.
2. There shall exist the following offices ("subdepartments") within the Department of Expansion:
   1. The Office of Integration, tasked with integrating new users into SimDemocracy;
   2. The Office of Activity, tasked with organizing domestic events within SimDemocracy; and
   3. The Office of Alliances, tasked with reaching out to non-polsim communities on behalf of SimDemocracy.
3. Every office of the Department of Expansion shall be led by an employee of the Department of Expansion.
   1. The head of the Office of Integration shall be known as the Head of Integration, or the Head of the Office of Integration.
   2. The head of the Office of Activity shall be known as the Head of Activity, or the Head of the Office of Activity.
   3. The head of the Office of Alliances shall be known as the Head of Alliances, or the Head of the Office of Alliances.
4. The Secretary of Expansion may appoint and dismiss the heads of any of the subdepartments.
5. The heads of the subdepartments shall regurley submit a report of the activities within their subdepartment to the Secretary of Expansion.
