Whereas,

SimDemocracy’s Discord server has reached the role limit imposed by Discord.

Whereas,

the Department of Expansion is responsible for the addition of cosmetic roles through sales.

Therefore,

this bill establishes role regulation criteria to free up space and improve organization.

§1. A cosmetic role may only be created or approved if at least 5 unique citizens request to hold the role at the time of its creation.

§2. Any existing cosmetic role that drops below 5 active holders for more than 7 consecutive days shall be subject to review and deletion by the Secretary of Expansion.

§2.1. People affected by a role deletion shall receive a full refund of 300 tau from the Government Reserve tau account.

§3. The Secretary of Expansion, in cooperation with the President, may grant exceptions for event-related roles under special circumstances.

§4. This bill shall take effect immediately upon passing.
