EO 125-01 Weekly Reports by Officials to the President

Executive officials responsible for managing a governmental department or equivalent are to be responsible for producing a weekly report to the President detailing the activity of the department and who is employed at that department. These reports are not expected to be particularly extensive, a sentence or two may be entirely sufficient for detailing the departments activity.
