Whereas Executive Order 134-2 is no longer necessary;
Whereas the Senate has enacted official legislation establishing the Office of Homeland Security;
§1. Executive Order 134-2 is hereby repealed, effective immediately, in accordance with the legislative act establishing the OHS.
