EO 138-14 Codification of the Fake and Prison Presidents

Whereas everyone deserves democracy.

2. The elections for the Fake president will be held three (3) days after the elections of the president.

   1.1. These elections are to mirror the process for the president i.e. a CFC that lasts for 24 hours followed by a 24 hour long vote.

2. The denizens of ⁠Prison may elect their own official by the title of Prison President

   2.1. The prison president must have the arrested role at the time of election.

   2.2. Election will be held by the senior most active (last message must be at least 2 weeks ago) member of the ⁠Prison. Hereafter known as "prison lad". The second word may be replaced by another word through the discretion of the election supervisor.

   2.3. The prison lad must host a cfc within the ⁠Prison for 18 hours. These elections will be held every 10 days.

   2.4. Elections will be held over 12 hours through the following process, starting 7 days after the presidential elections

       2.4.1. Prison lad sends the names of all those who are running for prison president in the following format "Candidate <Name of candidate>".

       2.4.2. Denizens of ⁠No Access vote for each candidate with aye or nay reactions, corresponding to for and against respectively.

       2.4.3 The candidate with the most aye reactions will be named the new prison president.

3. Both positions created in this EO (prison president and fake president) will receive their corresponding roles upon winning their elections.

3. Neither of the aforementioned roles (prison president and fake president) shall possess any powers or privileges above that of a standard citizen.
