Original EO

Whereas the longevity of SimDemocracy is significantly dependent upon the security of its digital spaces, lands, assets, and peoples. Whereas the President and OHS Director cannot be the only person to push security-related executive initiatives. Whereas recent events have outlined the need for executive security initiative oversight.

§1. A new advisory committee shall be created, called the Security Advisory Committee.
§2. The Security Advisory Committee shall advise the President on current security-related plans and initiatives.
§3. The Security Advisory Committee shall be comprised of the President, the Vice President, certain citizens of SimDemocracy -- appointed by the President under this Executive Order -- the Attorney General, the OHS Director, the SDBI Director, Members of the Legislative Board, and the Independent Ombudsman.
