Whereas I like memes, you like memes,

Whereas we should revive the meme contest to find the best meme,

§1. A weekly meme contest shall be held, and the best meme shall be chosen and then revealed on the day of closure.

§2. All SimDem citizens with the "Verified" role who have posted their entered meme(s) between an announcement of the contest opening and the closure of the contest shall be eligible.

§3. A thread shall be created in the # ⁠memes channel for submissions.

§4. The best meme shall be decided by the President, SoEx and Vice President.

§5. The best meme shall be posted in ⁠# presidental-announcements.
