EO 143-02 State of the Server Address

Whereas this should be a standardized piece of the government;

Whereas not only is it fun, it does inform users of what you are working on and accomplishing;

§1. At least once every Presidential term, but no more than twice, the President must address the Legislature and public as a whole on their goals and progress towards those goals.

§2. The address may take place in ⁠presidental-announcements, or for more realism, the Speaker may invite the President into ⁠senate-formal for the address.
