Whereas government spending must be regulated;

Whereas enforcement of fiscal responsibility in the government is required;

§1. A new bureau of the Treasury shall be created, known as the “Bureau of Fiscal Oversight”.

§2. The responsibilities of the BFO shall include the following:

§2.1. They shall investigate government spending and future budgetary plans presented by the Executive.

§2.2. They shall evaluate and report to the Treasury Secretary and President on departmental spending.

§2.3. They shall report to the Treasury Secretary and President on the labor force of all departments, and any inefficiencies within them.

§3. The BFO shall have the power to:

§3.1. Access departmental employment sheets.

§3.2. View departmental projects and their costs.

§3.3. Monitor the merit of any ongoing government contract.

§4. The BFO shall be managed by a Director, appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury.

§5. The BFO shall release a public report in the middle of every Budgetary Cycle on how budget allocations are being used.

§5.1. The public report may not contain any classified information.

§6. All employees of the Central Revenue Bureau as of this Executive Order's creation shall be given the opportunity to join the BFO.
