Whereas it is annoying calling in the same strike team to bomb the Senate every time I want to;

§1. There shall be three strike teams ready to bomb the Senate building at all times.

§2. If the President decides to use all three dedicated Senatorial Bombers at once, a new trio to be on standby may be designated from the rest of the strike teams.
