Whereas I feel the urge to execute people sometimes,

§1. The President reserves the right to execute six (6) people per term.

§2. A new role shall be created called 'Dissenting Ghoul'.
§3. This execution shall occur via a message in # presidental-announcements where the President states that they have executed the person, and stating the reason for the execution. The person being executed shall then be granted the 'Dissenting Ghoul' role.
