Whereas Secretaries owning Departmental Servers tends to cause issues if they go inactive or refuse to transfer ownership,

§1. The Discord Supervisor must have ownership of all departmental servers.

§1.1. Any departmental servers that aren't currently owned by the Discord Supervisor must have ownership transferred to the Discord Supervisor within 72 hours.
