§1. A new channel shall be created and placed in the General category called "#simexit-discussion".
§2. This channel’s description shall be “A forum for citizens to discuss SimExit.”
§3. This channel shall have a 5 minute slowmode placed upon it.
§4. This channel shall be archived on July 18th, 2025.
