Whereas I wanted to talk about a new movie but everyone was being weird about presidents in the general chat,

Whereas the people should have a place to discuss all forms of media: Music, Art, Television, Film, YouTube videos,

§1. A new channel shall be created in the General category directly under ⁠# propaganda and shall be named, "media-discussion".

§2. The following shall be the channel description for media-discussion: "This is a place for everyone to discuss media! Music, Art, TV, Movies, etc. are all on the table!"
