Whereas SimDemocracy has been getting more and more negative each and every day,
Whereas we have # off-my-chest for negative conversation about things going on in people's lives, but no opposing channel,
§1. A new channel shall be made in the General Category directly above the # off-my-chest channel and shall be named, "positivity".
§2. It shall be used to share or celebrate positive things that happen in a person's life (whether online or irl).
