In exercise of my powers under Article 51, division 2, subdivision 1, §1.2(b) of the Criminal Code, I designate Traditionalist Insurgency for Defense and Enforcement(TIDE), Proletarian Unity Party(PuP) and Golden Consciousness as Proscribed Organizations. The Chief Ombudsman has consented to this designation
