EO 148-05 The Centralized System

Whereas the current pay system is woefully inadequate,

Whereas major change is needed,

§1. All departments are required to keep an accurate payroll of all employees at all times, denoting salary and job, among any other things the department wishes to add.

§2. Pay shall be administered by the treasurer, and those who they appoint to assist, collectively making up the office of the treasurer.

§3. Departments shall give accurate, up to date payrolls to the office of the treasurer every Friday.

§3.1 Anyone hired after the payroll is given to the office of the treasurer shall not be paid for the week.

§4. The Office of the Treasurer shall be in charge of paying individual employees from the payrolls given to them by departments.

§4.1 Departments shall no longer be given tau to pay individual employees, as this duty now falls upon the treasurers office.

§5. Said changes shall be implemented by the next payday after this executive order has been signed.
