Whereas payrolls must be accurate and maintained often,

Whereas the treasury is trying their best,

§1. Every department for purposes of accounting shall have a category specifically called “Accounting and Payroll” and shall contain at least the following channels:

§1.1 Employee List,

§1.1.1 The Employee List channel shall contain, and only contain, a post that shall contain the respective department’s up-to-date employee list.

§1.2 Payroll Records.

§1.2.1 The Payroll Records channel shall contain, and only contain, the weekly issued payroll record.

§2. Each department shall hire or appoint a treasury liaison specifically to maintain said records.
