Whereas the News channel is sometimes not getting used for news,
Whereas there is a need for an Forum channel,
Therefore,
§1. There shall be created a new channel under # general-announcements called general-threads.
- §1.1. This channel should be thread only.
§2. The News Forum Channel should only be used for news from now on.
