EO 149-14 General Announcements From 30 to 60

Whereas the slowmode time for # ⁠general-announcements is currently set at 30 minutes,

Whereas the aforementioned time has traditionally been 60 minutes, i.e 1 hour,

Therefore presenting the General Announcements, from 30 to 60 executive order,

§1. ⁠# general-announcements shall be changed from the current 30 minutes to 1 hour.
