Whereas if we don't make a channel for advertising, the advertising prevention act would probably unconstitutional (according to Bumpy),

§1. A designated channel called # self-promo shall be created and placed in the general category.

§1.1. This is a designated channel for advertising under Article 50b of the Criminal Code (Advertising external locations forbidden).
§1.2. There shall be a 6 hour slowmode on this channel.
