Whereas the Chief of Staff should be confirmed by the Senate so they can wield executive authority,
§1. Section 3 of EO 136-12 shall be amended to read the following:
The Chief of Staff will be confirmed by the Senate of SimDemocracy, considered a cabinet-level position.
