Whereas people shouldn't have to go to the Bicamel Republic just to get married,
§1. The Department of Expansion shall be authorized to grant marriage licenses to any two consenting adults who request them.
- §1.1. The SEx shall have the authority to set any fees necessary to grant a marriage license.
§2. In order to receive a marriage license, the two consenting adults must each have been a citizen of SimDemocracy for at least three months.
§3. If discovered that any married individual is not of age to receive one, the license shall be revoked.
