EO 152-12 TIDE from Walmart

Whereas the President is permitted to proscribe certain organizations, if satisfied that the organization poses a credible and substantial threat to the safety of SimDemocracy or its citizens, according to Article 51 Division 2 Subdivision 1 §1.2(b) of the Criminal Code,

Whereas I am satisfied that the organization "WAVE" poses a credible and substantial threat to the safety of SimDemocracy or its citizens due to:

(a) Their repeated attacks and offensive language towards other members and parties in the server, including but not limited to a post on October 15, 2025, titled "The Lemon Party is RAPING SimDemocracy Politically", a post on September 15 titled "DESTROY HAZZY'S CAREER", and further posts which have individually harassed members of the Lemon Party, sent by members of WAVE;

(b) The constant findings of probable cause for crimes committed by the members of WAVE;

(c) The extreme similarity of WAVE and the organization TIDE, which has been proscribed according to EO 147-01, including but not limited to: the names, activities, message formats, and associations of their members with members of TIDE. Examples include but are not limited to: the post on October 13, 2025 titled "LINCOLN PARTY - RESTORING TRADITION", "LINCOLN PARTY - PRESERVATION OF VALUES", by multiple party members, the motto of the party being "SEMPER INVIOLUS", which is similar to TIDE's name "Traditionalist Insurgency for Defense and Enforcement", and TIDE's motto "Semper Invictus";

Whereas the Chief Ombudsman has consented to the proscribing of WAVE,

§1. In exercise of my powers under Article 51, division 2, subdivision 1, §1.2(b) of the Criminal Code, I designate the Wardens for Authority, Valor, and Enforcement, also known as WAVE or Lincoln Party, as a Proscribed Organization.
