Whereas building an extensive historical database is helpful for the server and new members,

§1. The Department of Expansion shall release a public list of topics people may write wiki articles on.

§2. If a citizen writes a wiki article on a topic on the Department of Expansion's list and meet the proper requirements, they shall be compensated with a value of tau no less than 30t, based on the quality of the article.

§3. The Department of Expansion may set requirements for the quality of and things which must be included in the wiki articles on their list in order for someone to receive compensation.
