EO 153-07 Revised Pay Scale and Bonuses

Whereas people should receive bonuses for their hard work,

Whereas the previous pay scale was out of date and some positions are overpaid,

Pay Scale

§1. A common executive pay scale shall be implemented as follows, unless the pay is specified differently (with the president’s approval) when an individual is hired or legislation contradicts this scale:

§2. The payday immediately after this pay scale shall include the previous governmental pay scale in EO 133-06.

Bonuses

§3. The President shall have the authority each term to give up to two cabinet members bonuses of 50 tau each at the end of each pay period, if they’ve put in hard work and shown dedication to improving SimDemocracy.

§4. The Attorney General shall have the authority to give up to 3 members of the SAO a bonus of 50 tau at the end of each pay period, if they’ve put in hard work within the department. <ref>Replaces EO 142-03</ref>

§5. The SDBI Director shall have the authority to give up to 3 members of the SDBI a bonus of 50 tau at the end of each pay period, if they’ve put in hard work within the SDBI.
