EO 154-07 Preventing Excessive Employment

Whereas holding too many jobs increases odds of burnout,

Whereas holding too many jobs will impact performance in some or all of them,

§1. No single employee within the executive branch shall hold more than 5 executive jobs, in more than 3 executive departments, and/or more than 3 executive officer positions.

§2. Employees in violation of this Executive Order have three (3) days to become compliant.

§2.1. Employees in violation of this Executive Order, and have made no effort to correct it, shall be fired from departments in the following order (starting at the top and going downwards):

§2.1.1. Not-Listed Departments

§2.2.2. SDAF

§2.2.3. DoT

§2.2.4. DoS

§2.2.5. DoEx

§2.2.6. DoG

§2.2.7. DOJ

§2.2.8. DoTech

until they are compliant.
