Whereas the ⁠general-announcements has a slowmode of 1 hours (60 Minutes);

Whereas this a very long time for a channel like ⁠general-announcements;

§1. The Slowmode time of # ⁠general-announcements shall be changed to 30 Minutes.

§2. Any Executive Order before this crossing with this Executive Order shall preceded by this Executive Order.
