§1. A new category called 'Secret Santa' shall be created which shall have #approval and #secret-santa.
§2. The Risistas bot and hmquestionable shall have embed, send, read and manage messages, view channel, and reaction permissions in both channels.
§3. [In] #secret-santa everyone shall be able to read messages, but not send messages; for #approval, the SDBI, and chief ombudsman shall be the only ones able to see the channel, and may speak there as well.
§4. This EO shall be repealed on the 27th December, 2025 Eastern Standard Time, with both channels archived.
