EO 159-03 Kill the Channel Bloat

Whereas the following channels have not paid the fee and I will archive these channels pursuant to Article 4 §13 of the 6th Discord Act;

Whereas I am given the powers to do so under Article 4 §2.1. of the aforementioned act;

§1. The following channels are to be moved to an archive category:

§1.1. # philly-special;

§1.2. # ppatpat-news;

§1.3. # law-and-order;

§1.4. bluetomato-news;

§1.5. # black-diamond-casino;

§1.6. # sdcg;

§1.7. # ilrr-recruitment-and-training;

§1.8. # ilrr-research-foundation;

§1.9. # win-cash-now; and

§1.10. simdem-after-dark.

§2. The following state owned channels are to be moved to an archive category:

§2.1. # national-lottery; and

§2.2. # lottery-general.

§3. The following privately owned roles haven't paid the fee and are to be deleted. <ref>Eight unknown roles were deleted. One was described: "Yes we are deleting creative from the server".</ref>

§4. The following channels also haven't paid the fee and should be archived:

§4.1. 100.1 FM - PolSim One;

§4.2. ⁠106.9 FM - The Judge;

§4.3. ⁠Backroads FM;

§4.4. # ⁠the-weekly-chronicle;

§4.5. iaccp-politics; and

§4.6. # job-application.
