Whereas I felt like doing something dumb and funny;

§1. The server 'Voices of Democracy' is hereby recognised as a semi-autonomous territory of SimDemocracy.

§2. The new name for Voices of Democracy (VoD) will be Voices of SimDemocracy (VoSD).

§3. Ave SimDemocracy.

§4. The former President role of VoSD (formerly VoD) shall called the Governor.

§5. The former Prime Minister role of VoSD shall be called the Mayor.

§6. The former houses of VoSD shall be referred to as the higher city council and the lower city council.
