Whereas it is necessary that we have a clear path for partnership approval;
§1. The Secretary of State shall have sole discretion over the approval and denial of partnership agreements and advertisement posting.
§2. The Secretary of State does not require the permission of the President in order to approve or deny a partnership with any other server.
§3. The President can rescind partnership agreements with other servers at any time but is not necessary in the process of establishing them.
§4. The above applies to the Department and Secretary of Growth as well.
