Whereas there's like a payroll issue or something idk;
§1. The Department of Treasury, along with a special investigator appointed by the Attorney General, shall perform a full audit of all payrolls within the Executive Branch.
§2. The audit shall look for inconsistencies, irregularities, and mistakes within each department's payroll.
§3. The audit shall be presented to the President, the Senate, and the SDIOA.
