Whereas trees are cool;
§1. An unpaid unroled Arbor Council shall be established to discuss trees and related flora (ferns, moss, bushes, etc).
§2. Members of the Arbor Council shall be appointed by the President.
§3. The members of the Arbor Council shall elect amongst themselves a Lorax who shall speak for both the Council and the trees.
