Whereas there is more than one way to skin this cat;

§1. A new advisory panel shall be created called the Discord Visualization Committee (DVC) which shall serve underneath the President.

§2. Members from each branch shall sit on the panel as appointed by the President. They shall be given the Advisor role.

§3. The DVC shall be charged with making a list of essential channels which shall be visible to new members joining the Discord server. All other channels will be hidden by default.

§4. The panel shall be dismissed at the end of the 161st Presidential term.
