EO 167-01 Re-establishing the Department of Defense

§1. The Department of Defense is hereby re-established as a non-statutory department within the Executive

§2. The Department of Defense shall hold responsibility for military response against hostilities withing SimDem, Colonies (Such as Minecraft), an abroad as needed and directed by the President, as Commander-in-Chief

§3. The Department shall be led by the Secretary of Defense, who shall serve as the principal civilian administrator of the Department and shall be entitled to pay equal to a Department Secretary

§3.1 The Principal Military Officer shall hold the position of Commanding General (or CG), and shall hold the rank of Lt. General and shall be entitled to a pay of 100t per two weeks
§3.2 The Principal Enlisted Advisor shall hold the position of Command Sergeant Major, and shall hold the rank of Command Sergeant Major and shall be entitled to a pay of 100t per two weeks
§3.3 There shall be a cap on the amount of general officers to 2 (Including the Commanding General)
§3.4 There shall be a cap on the amount of commissioned officer to 2 x (Amount of regiments/divisions within the Department)
§3.5 Officers and Enlisted, unless specified above, shall serve on a reserve basis, and shall only be entitled to pay of 20t per day of active duty service for Officers, and 10t per day of active duty service for Enlisted.

§4. The Discord Supervisor shall render assistance in setting up roles to and channels to facilitate the department (SecDef, CG, CSM, and Military Personnel Roles)

§5. Any Executive Orders for other military ranks, organizations, or otherwise are voided (Such as the MCPOS)
