Introduction

[1] This is an appeal of a contempt decision made by Justice Ed against Justice Ed. The petitioner, Justice Ed, has filed an appeal against the 12 hour contempt of court sentence passed by Justice Ed, as Justice Ed did not follow the legislated procedure in the Criminal Code when applying it against Justice Ed.
