Whereas, the act doesn’t distinguish between appointments and hirings,

THE SENATE OF SIMDEMOCRACY PROCLAIMS

§1. The following section shall be added to “Article 2: Fair Employment” of the Fair Employment Opportunity Act:

"§1.6. This shall not apply to positions that are appointed and are subject to senate approval."
