Article 1: Salaries
<ref name="fixpay" />§1. In accordance with the powers enshrined in the Revised Economy Foundation Act the Senate hereby declares that the following salaries shall be given every 2 weeks:

§1. In accordance with the powers enshrined in the Revised Economy Foundation Act the Senate hereby declares that the following salaries shall be given every week:

| Bar Director | 225 tau |
| Assistant Bar Director | 150 tau |
| Attorney General | 400 tau |
§2. In the event anyone holds multiple of these positions, they shall only be paid for the highest paid position, with the exception of the judiciary, judges, and justices.
- §2.1. For purposes of pay, a member of the judiciary shall only be recognized as being either judge or justice, not both. However, if a member of the judiciary performs the duties of judge and hears cases before the inferior courts of SimDemocracy in addition to their duties as a Justice for at least fifty-one (51) percent of the pay period, as determined by the Supreme Court Supreme Justice, then they shall receive the combined pay of 500 tau. Furthermore, this sub-clause shall not apply retroactively.
§3. The Senate Payments Act shall be repealed.
§4. DO-DoJ-03-25, Department of Justice Pay Grades, Pay Grade 1 shall be altered to remove Attorney General.
<ref name="delulu-amendment-2026">Amendment to Government Salaries Act 2026, passed on February 20 2026 and not vetoed within 72h.</ref> §5. In the event a Senator does not participate in a Senate vote, their salary for that pay period shall be reduced proportionally.
- §5.1. Participation shall mean casting any valid vote, including an abstention.
- §5.2. The deduction shall be calculated as: (Missed Votes ÷ Total Votes) × Senator salary for that pay period.
- §5.3. Votes from which a Senator is formally excused by the Speaker of the Senate shall not count as Missed Votes.
- §5.4. Where there are zero (0) votes in a pay period, no deduction shall apply.
Article Two: Implementation
§1. This shall come into effect upon passage.
