Holiday Treaty of Owlia

Passed by the Senate on 29 December 2025, and signed by the President on 30 December 2025.

Article 1: Contents

§1. Owlia will proclaim Non Aggression with Simdem.

§1.1. Simdem and Owlia will agree to Mutual Assistance

§1.2. Simdem and Owlia will agree to Mutual Defense, if one nation is attacked the other will join them in war.

§1.3. If the party being attacked so wishes it, they can release the other party from this clause temporarily and allow them not to join the war or conflict.

§1.4. If any signing party breaks any of the clauses of the treaty, it shall immediately be de-ratified in both states and declared legally null and void.

Article 2: Passing

§1. This law shall be passed immediately once it passes through both our Senate and is also ratified by the both of us.
