Preamble

Whereas casinos are obviously financial institutions and should be defined as such,

Article I

§1. Article 1 §3 of the Bank Note Regulations Act 2025 shall be amended and shall state the following:

 §3. A “financial institution” shall be defined as any company or corporation that provides services relating to the management of currency, its growth, its expenditure, its security, its exchange, or preventing the loss of currency. Casinos shall also be defined as financial institutions and may be referenced as such in other pieces of legislation.

§2. Upon passage of this bill, all casinos shall be made to reapply for their business license with the Department of the Treasury as to ensure they are following all guidelines set out for established financial institutions.
