Whereas, the show must go on,

Whereas, the person should not be penalized by this,

Article 1 - Amendment to Touch Grass Act

§1. The following section shall be added to “Article 1: Right to Leave” of the Touch Grass Act:

"§1.2. A person who is determined to be incapacitated may be placed on unpaid leave, unless other rules or regulations governing incapacitation for their specific position apply."
