Whereas

I accidentally removed an important provision from the Constitution,

Recognizing

I fucked up,

Believing

I should correct my mistakes when possible,

I, Justice Ivy Cactus NC, hereby propose the following law:

Article 1 — Constitutional Amendment

§1. The following shall be added between §2. and §3. of Article 25 of the Constitution, Protection of Rights, updating the numbering accordingly:

    “§3. The enumeration of these rights shall not be construed to deny the state the ability to amend or remove rights via normal amendment process.”
