MC EO 002-02 Geography and Roads
Issued by ragamuffiln on March the 19th, 2025
Whereas long roads are pretty dang cool;
§1. Long roads that run fairly linearly across one cardinal direction shall be called Passes and shall be named with the following convention:
- §1.1. Examples of Pass names: North Lake Pass, West Plain Pass
Repealed through MC MC EO 003-02 No Expenses Without Reimbursement
- §1.2. The governor will (if possible) pay people for extending Passes in any cardinal direction. This pay will generally be 20-50t/h, depending on how much work was done, how smooth the pass looks, ease of traversal, and so on.
§2. Passes shall be taken care of by everyone. Intentional destruction of a Pass (such as breaking the path blocks, exploding TNT, destruction of the natural environment immediately surrounding the pass) shall be punished with one full day in jail. Repeat offenders will be punished with three days of jailtime. Volunteers may be called from the community to help fix the Pass.
- §2.1. Removal of path blocks with reasonable intent of placing them back, such as planning out a large structure over the Pass, is permitted. The Pass must be rebuilt along with the structure's plans. Blocking off a Pass with a building will lead to mandatory remodeling, handled on a case by case basis.
Note: that tau is coming out of my own pocket, please be understanding if i run out at any point
