MC EO 004-01 Purchasable Cosmetics

WHEREAS Cosmetics are a great source of revenue that avoids disrupting game balance.

§1. Players shall have the option to purchase cosmetics in the form of item models.

§2. To purchase an item model, a player must ask to make the purchase in #minecraft-questions and specify which of their items they want changed and the item model they want it to have.

§3. If the Governor accepts, the player must transfer the required fee to the Minecraft Executive account and give the specified item to the Governor.

§3.1. The required fee shall be 200 tau.

§4. Once this is done, the Governor will edit the item model to fulfill the request.

§4.1. If the Governor is unable to do this, they must return the item unchanged and refund the full fee.
