JUDGMENT by Judge Benbookworm

[1] The private prosecutor brings a charge of Making a Frivolous Claim under Article 22 of the Criminal Code 2020.

[2] The prosecution and defense came to the agreement that the defendant would plead guilty, serve a 4 hour mute, and write a public apology to the judiciary.

[3] The criminal complaint does not itself appear prima facie meritless, there does not appear to be any coercion, and the sentence is not disproportionate to the charged conduct.

[4] As such the guilty plea is accepted, and the terms of the agreement are ratified as a court order. To ensure details are not left out, the court now adds additional instructions.

[5] The four hour mute is to be served within the next 24 hours. This would include any alternate accounts.

[6] The apology must be published within 48 hours (or an extension sufficiently requested). #general-announcements would be a very suitable place to post such, though there may be others. The agreement specifies "self-written", so the defendant ought take care not to rely on a large language model.

[7] It is so ordered.
